Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Incorpo you accept these terms of service. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.
2. Services offered
Incorpo offers: US LLC formation, EIN request, Registered Agent, compliance guide, AI assistant, invoice generation. Services are subject to the chosen plan.
3. Account and registration
You are responsible for the security of your account. You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. One account per person.
4. Payments, 48h guarantee and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe in US Dollars (USD). 48-Hour Wyoming Guarantee: for Wyoming LLC formation, we guarantee delivery of the state certificate within 48 business hours from payment (Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM ET, excluding US federal holidays), provided the customer has supplied all required information completely and accurately. If we fail to meet this deadline due to causes directly attributable to us (excluding force majeure, Wyoming state system outages, or customer delays in providing documents), we will refund 100% of the plan cost within 14 days. Limits: the 48-hour guarantee applies exclusively to Wyoming. For Delaware and other states, filing times depend on the state's processing speed and are typically 3-7 business days (Delaware) or variable. The guarantee does not cover EIN issuance (released by the IRS in 7-10 business days) or bank account opening. 7-day money-back guarantee: in addition to the 48h guarantee, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, as long as the LLC formation has not been filed with the state. Once filing has been submitted to the state, state fees paid to the state are not refundable.
5. Limitation of liability
Incorpo is not a law firm or tax consultant. Our services do not constitute legal or tax advice. We recommend consulting a professional for specific matters.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content (text, design, code) is the property of Orion Labs LLC (d/b/a Incorpo). You may not copy or redistribute it without authorization.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your account at any time from settings. Cancellation results in loss of access to all services at the end of the current billing period.
8. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms. We will notify you via email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
